Instructor-led Training
About Project: project commissioned to develop and deliver a large-scale, hybrid training program for 1k+ international team members. The 45 day training combined ILT, VILT, and asynchronous courses. It spanned topics such as onboarding, upskilling, customer service, and culturally responsive education. My role on the team was to consult with SMEs and clients to create slide decks, media, and facilitator guides for the program.
